課程概述 |
The course will be conducted as a major authors course,
although we will try to keep in sight the historical
backdrop of early American literature. |
|
課程目標 |
To gain a basic overview of the development of American
literature through the ages, and read the representative
works of representative writers. |
|
課程要求 |
The textbook, available at Bookman, is The Norton
Anthology of American Literature, shorter 6th edition
(orange and red cover). We will have one mid-term and one
final written exam.
